NETZVIS is the system a field service contractor runs the whole job on — from the phone call that starts it to the invoice that closes it. One login. Works on a phone in a truck, with or without a signal.
Not a work order app bolted to an accounting package. One system that carries a job from the request through the crew, the paperwork and the money.
Written up after the work is done, because what a crew was sent to do and what they actually did are two different things. Labor, parts, equipment, mileage, charges. No prices on the ticket.
Who is where, on what, today and next week. Requests come in off the phone and get scheduled without anybody re-typing a site.
Attach the tickets and the invoice builds itself at the rates that job was priced at. Labor and materials read as two separate arguments, because two different people check them.
Quote from the catalog with your markup. Raise a PO against a supplier. Both flow into the job they belong to.
Units, agreements, what is out, what is due back, and its own run of numbers.
DVIRs, toolbox talks, permits to work, near misses, certifications with expiry dates. A truck written up unsafe does not go back out until an administrator says so.
A supplier receipt goes in at full size, because somebody's accounts department is going to read it. Photographs are shrunk so they travel on one bar.
Ticket, index, photographs and every attached PDF merged into a single document, in reading order. Operators who will only accept one attachment per invoice line get one.
Drafts save within the second and go up when the bars come back. A server refusing something is reported as a refusal, never queued as a signal problem.
NETZVIS was written for a working field service company, by the people running it, because nothing they could buy did the job without three other subscriptions and a spreadsheet in the middle.
Every screen in it exists because somebody lost a day to the thing it fixes.
Every company on NETZVIS is set up by hand, on its own database, with its own address. That takes us about half an hour and it is the reason one customer's rates can never appear in another customer's system.
